Procedure
INGREDIENTS:

Golden Egg
Duck Egg or Chicken Egg
Yellow ginger
1.
Heat the water until it boils.
2.
Wash all the ingredients thoroughly.
3.
Peel and cut into shreds the yellow ginger.
4.
Pound the ginger to extract the juice.
5.
Place the extracted ginger until it ferment (1day is the shortest 1week
the longest).

Lemon Grass Milk Tea
(Tanglad Tea)
1 long stalk of lemongrass
chopped
Water, 1 cup
½ cup of Milk
2 spoonfuls of Sugar or as
per taste
PROCEDURE:
1. Peel the outer layer of the leaves. The outer layers will give your tea
a bitter taste.
2. Boil the water and add the clumps of peeled leaves and shredded ginger.
3. Add sweetener and boil it for another 5 minutes.
4. Add some milk at this point.
